He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruno and Pauline Zawrotnaik, Sr. (Soliznoff); his wife Charlene Zawrotnaik (Gorham); and his brother Stanley Zawrotnaik. He is survived by: his children, Jason P. Zawrotaik (Sarah) of Apopka, Fla and Christine L. Zimny of Eustis, Fla.; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Justin, Jason, Morgan and Braiden; and his sister Barbara J. Labounty of Russellton.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the West Deer American Legion, PO Box 221, Curtisville, PA 15032.
