He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Spondike and Louise Spondike (Lorrie). He is survived by: his brother David A. Spondike of Russellton; his nephew David A. Spondike, Jr. of Russellton; his niece Carrie M. Roth (Robby) of West Deer; his great-nephews, Isaiah and Robert "Chubs"; and his great-niece Aubrey.
