He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Kranking Sumner; his children, Dean Sumner (Joan) of Callao, VA, Ken Sumner (Debbie) of Warren, PA., Anne Beck (William) of Russell, PA. and Lynne Wood (Erick) of Visalia, CA.; his sisters, Dorothy Allenson of Sugar Grove, PA. and Margaret Smith of Clymer, N. Y.; his foster brother Gary Russ (Ruth) of Russell, PA.; his grandchildren, Kelly Sumner, Maddie Sumner, David Sumner, Ross Sumner (Danise), Christopher Sumner (Judy), Jordan Beck (Laura), Sara Perez (Christopher), Danielle Huddleston (Christopher) and Nicholas Wood; and his great grandchildren, Grayson, Jollene, Forrest, Hudson, Oliver and James.
