With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William E. Titch of Russell, Pennsylvania, born in Corry, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 27, 2020 at the age of 52. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth M. Walter; his stepdaughter Patches Erwin; and his grandchildren, Cody and Karli Tucker. He is survived by: his son Michael Germer of Corry; his stepchildren, Bessica Walter of Youngsville, Nicole Walter (Steven Haight) of Warren and James Walter, Jr. of Warren; and his siblings, Linda Blaede (Joe) of Corry, Diane Titch of Corry, Paul Titch (Terri) of Union City and Steve Titch (Niccole) of Corry. He is also survived by many grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
