He is survived by: his parents, Mark Johnson and Linda Johnson (Abbott); his brother Caleb Johnson of Scandia; his grandmother Maxine Abbott of Warren; his aunts and uncles, Carol Haley (Randy), Susan Giltinan (John), Sherrie Sharp (Don) and Dot Knapp (Tom); and his cousins, Tyler Abbott (Sable), Kelly Giltinan, April Brinker (Craig), Teresa Nizzi (Dan), Jessie Lookenhouse (Jesse), Nicole, Amber, Jacob Sharp, Kayla, Lyssa, Carter, Harper Knapp, Owen, Delaney, Ava, Ethan Nizzi, Wyatt, Tanner Lookenhouse, Connor Brinker, Alexis, Aleah, Alanna, Emilia, Bennett Sharp, Makenzie, Gypsie and O'daya Abbott.
