Spicer Melva L. Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 8, 2021, at the age of 83, Spicer Melva L. (Russell, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Johnson and Eva Carter Johnson; and her brother Paul Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Francis M. Spicer; and her children, David Luther (Beth) of Norfolk, VA, Diane Luther of Ocala, FL, Rebecca Stanley (Shane) of Gouldtown, PA, Bethany Hoppie (Tyson) of Arlington, VA, Ben Spicer of Lebanon, TN and Randal Spicer (Brenda) of Gouldtown, PA. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
