He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Collins and Dorothy Collins (Sorrell); and his brother Edward Collins. He is survived by: his close friend Donna Frederick; his daughter Gwyn Schneider (Gary) of Fernley, NV; his granddaughter Samantha; and his siblings, Glenn Collins (Sue) of Harmony, PA and Nora Jane Abbott (Wilson) of Youngsville. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
