He was predeceased by: his parents, Edson T. Skinner and June Johnson Skinner; and his sisters, Carol Ann and Debbie Skinner. He is survived by: his daughter Madison Skinner; his close friend Michelle Marasco; his siblings, Margaret "Peggy" Danetz and Danny Skinner of Russell, PA.; and his nieces, Tina Britt and Christine Keller.
A reception was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. (304 East St, Warren, PA 16365).
