He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Johnson and Laura E. Francis-Kelly Johnson; his brother-in-law Paul "Butch" Cook; and his close friend Lynn Schnarrs. He is survived by: his wife Carol M. Cook Johnson; his children, Nichole M. Rulander (Dylan) of Allison Park, PA and Kelly A. West (Mitch) of Warren; his grandchildren, Nolan Arthur Rulander, Quinn Laura West and Jameson Lee West; his brother Charles W. Johnson (Pamela) of Painesville, OH; and his sisters-in-law, Paula Slagle (Scot) of Russell, Sheryl Ash (Mark) of Russell and Cheryl Cook of Warren. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews; and many cousins and friends.
