He is survived by: his parent Marie Burnell (Chapman); his children, Gary E. Burnell (Bridgett) of Russell, PA, Terry G. Burnell (Donna) of Warrington, PA, Melissa J. Fritts (Jeff) of Lock Haven and Debra J. Harlinger (Glenn) of Clarksville, TN.; and his sisters, Vickey Warshaw and Susan Lamey.
