She was predeceased by: her husband Orin Jaquish; her parents, Edward Prevost and Rachel Prevost (Bush); and her siblings, Angelique Harding, Cecilia Taylor, Pauline Sands, Lester and Judson Prevost.
She is survived by: her children, Linda, Virgina, William, Louis (Diane) and Rebecca (Rusty); and her sister Carol Streater. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
