She was predeceased by: her parents, Vincent R. Carlson and Marjorie Hoy Carlson; and her siblings-in-law, Michael Sweeney and Sherian Carlson. She is survived by: her husband Rev. Walter E. Venman; her children, Tammy Shondelmyer (Clint), Tracey Zimmerman (Joe), Rev. Todd Venman (Dawn) and Tina Carnahan (Mark); her grandchildren, Ethann Zimmerman (Tiffanie), Tukker Zimmerman (Shira), Alli Mulder (Dan), José Zimmerman, Alena Joline (Nate), Garrett Shondelmyer (Abby), Madison Olszewski (Tyler), Grant Venman (Joelle), Ross Venman (TerryLee), Jake Venman, Kayla Carnahan, Braden Carnahan, Kambri Carnahan and Kiley Carnahan; and her siblings, Jim Carlson (Tammy), Suzanne Sweeney, Jeannie Morando (Dick) and Chris Welk (Larry). She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Wiltsie Community Church (2981 Swede Hill Rd, Russell, PA 16345).
