She was predeceased by: her parent Peter Walter Sr. She is survived by: her parent Nellie Armitage Walter; her spouse William H. Fassett Jr; her children, Timothy M. Fassett (Ginger) of Lawton, Evelyn L. Wells (Jim) of Meshoppen, Helen C. Hollister of Dimock, Linda L. Tompkins (Donald) of Hallstead, Bonnie L. LaCount (Dave Graham) of Birchardville and Rachel Fassett Saxe (John) of Wilmot; her brothers, William Walter (Mary) of Towanda, Jim Walter (Leah) of Dimock, Howard Walter of Sugar Run and Frank Walter (Geraldine) of Laceyville; her son Francis Thomas Fassett; her siblings, George Walter and Elsie Fassett; her brother-in-law Pearl Fassett Sr; her brother Peter Walter Jr; and her sister-in-law Jeannette Walter. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
