It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Gallagher of Ruffs Dale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 27, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Gallagher and Caroline Gallagher (Gove). He is survived by: his wife Sondra Lee Gallagher (Austin); his children, William P. Gallagher (Teresa) and Terri Lynn Winterhalter (Riney); his grandchildren, Jay Gallagher (Rebecca), Megan Durham (Christian) and Riney Winterhalter (Shadda); and his sister Muriel Fristch (George).
In lieu of flowers, Bill requested donations to the Dawson VFC, PO Box 342 Dawson, PA 15428 in memory of William E. Gallagher.
