He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles M. Altenbaugh and Janice E. Foster Altenbaugh; his sister Marlene Cox; and his brother-in-law Dale Cox. He is survived by: his wife Ramona Chepes Altenbaugh of Ruffs Dale; his stepchildren, Brian Grizzle (Kimberly) of Terra Alta, W. V and Kristy Riddle of Ruffs Dale; his grandchildren, Sienna, Summer Smitley, David Lohr and Steven Lohr of Masontown; his great grandchild Aubry Lohr; and his nephew Scott Cox of Manor.
