He was predeceased by: his mother Winifred Lewis Jr. (Henderson); his wife Cindy Corrine Lewis (Conrad); his father William C Lewis Jr.; and his sisters, Patricia Moriarty (Lewis), Mary Karen Paylor (Lewis) and Michelle Lewis.
He is survived by: his brother Robert Lewis (Maureen); his children, William Christopher Lewis IV (Breana) of East Providence, RI, Megan Lewis of Gilbertsville, PA, Cheryl Kitchen (Steven) of Coventry, PA and Maureen Lewis (Jerry Sensenig) of Oley, PA; and his grandchildren, Tyler Kitchen, Blake White, Kylie White and Talia Kitchen.
