It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Virginia A. Williams of Royersford, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 30, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Virginia may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Virginia touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ripley Hassell and Martha A. Hassell (Murray); her husband George R. Williams; and her sister Barbara. She is survived by: her children, Paula Solan (Dave), Steve Williams (Rosy), Janet Blair (Craig), Bob Williams (Marion), Dan Williams (Maureen) and John Williams (Shanna). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Eleanor's RC Church (647 Locust St, Collegeville, PA 19426). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Schwenksville Cemetery (1052 Cemetery Rd, Schwenksville, PA 19473).
