He is survived by: his wife Charlene Johnson (Kahl) of Royersford, PA; his children, Dena, Donna and Kevin; his brothers, Wimpy and Jerry; and his grandchildren, Zach, Alex, Shane, Brendan, Gavin, Ryan, Ethan, Luke, Allyson, Reagan and Madden.

In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made in Tony's memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
