She was predeceased by: her parents, Dudley Small and Corrine Small (Cossey); and her siblings, Samuel, Corrine and Ruth.
She is survived by: her daughter Dr. Annette O'Neil; her son-in-law Dr. Scott McNeal; her son Michael O'Neil; her grandson Anthony O'Neil; her daughter-in-law Gloria Andino; her grandchildren, Nicole (Kristoffer), Christopher (Silicia), Noel (Jared), David, Jaeda, Aiden and Andrew; her great grandchildren, Kataliya and Kassiela; and her pet Coco. She is also survived by ses several cousins, nieces and nephews.
