He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lloyd Sr. and Florence Benson (Higgins); his grandson Ryan Michael Baurley; and his siblings, Justin, Richard, Gerald and Nina.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Therese Benson (Halligan); his children, Cynthia A. Bishop (Michael F.), Lisa A. Baurley (Michael R.) and Joseph Lloyd Benson Jr.; his grandchildren, Christine Marie, Audra Noelle, Michael Francis Jr., Michelle Jolie, Mia Joy Bishop, Lola, Joseph Lloyd Benson III, Dyana Lorraine and Robert Michael Baurley; and his siblings, Albert, Ronnie, Florence and Rita.
