She was predeceased by: her parents, Caroline Lee and Eugene Halteman; and her sisters, Sandra Boettger, Carol Vining and Beth Yanocha.
She is survived by: her husband Theodore "Ted" Kandler; her son Emmett Trythall (Jennifer); her stepdaughter Stauffer; and her grandchildren, Kelly, James and Amanda. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
