He was predeceased by: his parents, George D. Vamvakias and Katherine D. Vamvakias (Malcotsi); and his sister Diana Morris. He is survived by: his sons, George Vamvakias (Elizabeth), Peter Vamvakias (Mary E.) and Mark Vamvakias (Mary A.); his grandchildren, Sarah, Jared, Jenna, Dylan, Jayne and Alex Vamvakias; and his siblings, Alice Howe and James Vamvakias.
