She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Fraschetta and Dorothy Fraschetta (Gillespie); and her brother Dennis Fraschetta. She is survived by: her husband Richard; her children, Richard E. Budka, Jr. (Kristie), Jennifer Zaitz (Fred) and Debra Hicks (Jeffrey); her grandchildren, Brynn, Ryan and Maddie Budka; her children, Matthew, Zak, Ben Zaitz, Abby and Katie Hicks; and her siblings, Tommy Fraschetta (Patty) and Judy Fraschetta.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Catagnus Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Ltd. (329 N Lewis Rd, Royersford, PA 19468). A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dorothy's name to the American Heart Association.
