She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Ihnat (Petruska) and Emery Ihnat. She is survived by: her cousins, John Petruska, Greg Petruska, Mary Mulligan, Theresa Cwikla, Joseph Petruska, Michael Petruska and Mary Walter.

Family prefers donations to St. Mary's Church.
