He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joan Halter (Hall) and David Stanley Halter; his wife Linda; his children, David Halter, Monica Halter, Melanie Forrest, Heather Farrell (Luke), John Halter and Naomi Forrest; his siblings, Rick, Cindy Jespersen and Kimberly Nazzaro; his uncle Richie; and his grandchildren, Austin, Jorden, Jazlyn, Janise, Sara, Bella, Jamal, Asya, Regan, Abigail and Little Luke. He was also cherished by his wife and children and grandchildren.
