He is survived by: his daughters, Kathleen Kade and Danielle Polenchar (Vince); his grandchildren, Tristen, Jaden, Trent and Alyssa; and his siblings, Larry, Denny McGee, Patty Rodenbaugh, Peggy Lacey and Mary Kendus.
