He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Vining (Halteman); and his parents, Louis Vining and Grace Vining (Haines). He is survived by: his sons, Barry Vining, Jr. (Holly) and Dean Vining (Michelle); his brother L. Scott Vining; his grandchildren, David, Katie, Louis and Alissa; and his great grandchildren, Carson and Olivia.
