He was predeceased by: his grandmother Russell Rager Sr.; and his grandson Zack Williams Jr.. He is survived by: his parent Catherine Rager; his daughter Alexyis Allen; his brother Derek Smay (Sarah Moffat); and his nieces, Lilly and Sadee. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
