With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tasha Takosky (Roulette, Pennsylvania), born in Beaumont, Texas, who passed away on August 7, 2019 at the age of 35. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Mary J. Butler and Richard Joseph Butler, Sr.; her uncles, Richard J. Butler, Jr. and Gary Lee Butler; and her aunt Marsha Jane Jenkins.
She is survived by: her parents, Frank H. Turner and Shirley Y. Butler Takosky; her adoptive father Mark Andrew Takosky; her children, Dylan R. Butler of Roulette, Heavenly Jane Butler of Ulysses, James J. Fleck of Roulette and Alex J. Butler of Roulette; her siblings, Matthew M. Takosky (Jasmine Tankersley) of Roulette, Kristie I. Takosky (Bob Dietz) of Meadville, Derick J. Butler (Bri) of Erie and Luke M. Butler of Port Allegany; her aunt Marilyn Clark (Robert); and her uncle Claude Rodger Butler.
