Kelley of Roulette, Pennsylvania, born in Port Allegany, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 16, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Kelley and Dorothy Steelman Kelley; his son Lawrence E. Kelley; his great grandchild Allan John Moore, III; and his siblings, James, Jerry, Leo, Edward Kelley, Marie Weakland, Mable Cochran, Mary Kelley and Leona Snyder.
He is survived by: his wife Mary E. Dinch; his children, Jeffrey S. Kelley (Cindy) of Bradford, John M. Kelley, Jr. (Erika) of Turtlepoint, Brenda L. Haggard of Port Allegany, Amanda J. Renner (Karl) of Port Allegany and Kristi E. Moore (Allan) of Mesa, AZ.; and his siblings, Robert Kelly (Myrtle) of Short Track, NY, Lucille Snyder of Saylorsburg, PA and Susan Green (Kim) of Richmond, VA. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 12 great-grand-children, 2 great-great grandchildren.
