He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Stack and Adamae Stack (Clendaniel); his son Ryan Stapleton; and his nephew Casey Semekoski. He is survived by: his wife Ilona M. Stack (Zelenko); his daughters, Carrie Morrow (Jason) and Amanda Swearer (Josh); his grandchildren, Brady McFeely, Jason Morrow Jr., Riley Swearer and Evan Morrow; his great grandchild Claudia McFeely; his siblings, Thomas Stack (Regina), Jane Semekoski (Sam) and Bob Stack; his cousin Rick Clendaniel; and his friends, Bobo, Ellie and Max. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces.
Everyone attending the visitation and services must wear a mask and practice social distancing.
