He is survived by: his wife Faye Gavlik (Carl); his daughters, Sheryl (Joseph Reinhard), Terri (Thomas McElhinny) and Amy Gavlik of Charleroi; his grandchildren, Amanda Abercrombie, Allison Cupari, Anna Spicher, Sean McElhinny, Sara Slifko and Steven McElhinny; his great grandchildren, Landon, Logan, Wesley, Harper, Liam, Wyatt, Conor and Noah; and his brothers, Robert Gavlik (Catherine) of McMurray and Jeffrey Gavlik (Jackie) of Washington.
