He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur J. Frieze and Margaret Evelyn Frieze (Jenkins); and his brother Michael J Frieze (Joanne). He is survived by: his children, Timothy Shawn Frieze II (Diane) and Rachel Ellen Alicea (Pedro); his grandchildren, Bradley, Andres, Sophia and Giselle; his former wife Ellen J. Scheib; his fiancée Virginia Richnafsky-McCusker; his pets, Sylvester and Shadow; and his siblings, E. Marie Donovan (William), Lee Shoop (Larry) and Terence Frieze (Donna). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
