He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sims and Ellen Sims (Jones); and his siblings, Loretta and Orloff. He is survived by: his wife Audrey Ruth Sims (Teagarden); his children, Thomas Franklin Sims Jr. (Birgit), Edwin Lee Sims (Linda), Steven Sims (Shannon), Donald W. Sims and LuAnn Lewicki (Bill); and his siblings, Reed Sims (Janice) and Mary Fish. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren.
