She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Marciniak Jr. and Sara Marciniak Backes (Easter); and her brother Charles "Chuck" Marciniak. She is survived by: her husband Howard C. Forsythe; her daughters, Beverly Ritchie (Ron) of Belle Vernon and Beth Forsythe of Donora; her granddaughters, Angela Glover (Kendrick) of Donora, Breanna Wade (Detrius) of Washington and Larissa Lee of Donora; her great grandchildren, Jamiah, Jayla Glover of Donora, Ariella, Alana Coleman of Washington and Lamari Lee of Donora; her sister Linda Behanna of Belle Vernon; and her siblings-in-law, Charlene Marciniak of Bonita Springs, FL and Gerald Wilbur Forsythe of Grove City, Ohio. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
