She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer M. Staley and Edna Staley (Ries); her husband R. Paul Evans; and her siblings, Ralph J. Staley, Wendell A. Staley and Betty Alexander.
She is survived by: her sons, Paul L. Evans (Cindy) of Rostraver Township and Larry E. Evans (Carolyn) of Verona, PA; her granddaughters, Lori O'Farrill and Heather DiPiazza (Mark); and her great grandchildren, Isabella and Calleigh. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
