He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hoffman (Whittington); his children, Debra Mae Zora (David) of Rostraver, Jay William Hoffman (Lara) of Memphis, TN, Robert Whittington Hoffman (Amy) of Rostraver and David Girard Hoffman (Jamie) of Rostraver; his grandchildren, Jayson Hoffman, Derek Hoffman, Jonathan Zora, Sarah Zora, Brady Hoffman, Logan Hoffman, Madison Hoffman, Austin Hoffman and Connor Hoffman; his great grandchildren, Aubrey Rose and Avery Rain; and his nieces and nephews, Scott Smith, Susan Fowler, Timothy McGrail, Sean McGrail, Karen Kardos, Gail Struble and Sandy Ward.
