He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Leake and Sophie Rush; his former wife Darla Byers; and his stepbrother Byron White. He is survived by: his wife Ava Stupar; his children, Elizabeth Leake-Deysher of Latrobe, Tara Mooney (John) of Latrobe, Dara Spadaro (Joseph) of Penn Township and Richard Leake III (Cindi) of West Newton; his grandchildren, Collin (Chelsea), Ryan Deysher, Declan Mooney, Sophia Spadaro and Joseph Spadaro; his siblings, Dolores Lovett, Jerry and Maryjane Leake; and his stepsiblings, Rich DeLong (Vicki) and Beverly Katona (Ken). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
