It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Andrew Dubinsky of Rostraver, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 18, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Dubinsky and Ann Nogy Dubinsky; his sister Patricia; and his brother-in-law Mike Battista. He is survived by: his stepmother Irene Trappen Dubinsky; his wife Debby Blair Dubinsky; his daughters, Rayann Dubinsky of Belle Vernon and Allyson (Jeff Lee); his grandchildren, Cody (Cailey Menges), Casey Menges (Cameron Frolo), Colton Lee and Saylor Lee; his great grandchild Cecilia Menges; his brother Joseph; and his siblings-in-law, Donna Dubinsky of Franklin, Danny Ray and Tess Blair of Belle Vernon. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Parzynski Funeral Home - Belle Vernon (626 Broad Ave, Belle Vernon, PA 15012). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Belle Vernon Cemetery (1000 Broad Ave, North Belle Vernon, PA 15012).
