He is survived by: his wife Constance (Protos); his children, Melanie Scinto (Richard) of Vail, Colleen Geary (Ken) of Ruffs Dale, PA and Melvin Erler Jr. of Stow, Ohio; his grandchildren, Stephen Scinto (Crista), Richard Scinto Jr. (Janet), Matthew Scinto, Marina Ruiz (Zach), Mark Scinto, Eric Sethman (Nicole), Danielle Bach (Sam) and Brianna Erler; his great grandchildren, Gavin Michael Scinto, Madeline Rose Scinto, Sophia Gloria Scinto and Cerina Rose Scinto; and his brother Ken Erler (Peggy) of Utah.
