She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph J. Staley and Mary C. Staley (Brown); and her brother Rick Staley. She is survived by: her husband George W. Hefner; her daughter Lisa Ann Fedrick (David) of Rostraver; her granddaughter Chelsea Lauren Fedrick of Rostraver; her siblings, Ralph Staley (Beverly) of Rostraver and Karen Turda of Monongahela; her stepdaughters, Germaine Barb (Andy Krivacic) of Ohio and Charmaine Ramirez of Ohio; her stepgrandchild Tomika James (Dustin); and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Devon and Payton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Everyone attending the visitation and services must wear a mask and practice social distancing.
