It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Emlyn Evans of Rostraver, Pennsylvania, born in Monongahela, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 10, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Evans and Myrtle Evans (Davis); and his siblings, Kay Wood, Dianne Clifford and Terry Evans.
He is survived by: his wife Leta Evans (Bailey); his daughters, Jill Mikluscak (Thomas) of Uniontown and Dawn Lee (Marty) of Bradenton, FL; and his grandchildren, Meghann Mikluscak, Kayla Mikluscak-Maser, Aaron Mikluscak, Jared Lee, Kelsey Lee and Alex Lee. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
