It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Jean Howard of Rostraver, Pennsylvania, born in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 13, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her brother Albert; and her sister-in-law Sandra Bashur of Rostraver. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
