She was predeceased by: her parents, Katheline Skebo Olexy and Michael Olexy; and her brothers, George Olexy and Albert Olexy. She is survived by: her children, Diane Burkett of Reynoldsville, PA., Tom Hickox (Kay) of Smithport, PA and James Hickox (Mary) of Punxsutawney, PA.; and her siblings, Margaret Lingenfelter (Dave), Josephine Swicklick of Markton, PA and John Olexy (Virginia) of Rockton, PA.. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
