He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Ann White; his children, Kristy Briggs (John) of Syracuse, Raymond "Butch" Neal (Billie Jo) of Punxsutawney, Walter Neal of Rossiter and Robert Neal (Brandi) of Rossiter; his grandchildren, Emmie Briggs, Brett Neal, Rhainnon Neal, Brycen Neal, Tori Neal, Miranda Neal and Makensey Neal; and his siblings, Debbie Vogel (Dave) of Allentown and Dennis Ralph Baker. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
