She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Yorko and Mary Yorko (Shulick); her husband John Kollar; and her siblings, Edward, Donald, Stephen Yorko, Dorothy Molinengo and Anna Hession.
She is survived by: her children, John Kollar (Debbie) of Rossiter, Carolyn Sitosky of Sykesville and Anna Marie Wetzel (Ken) of Rossiter; her grandchildren, Renee Zapack, Kenneth Wetzel (Candy), Jamie Wetzel, Danny Wetzel and John Sitosky; her great grandchildren, Brittany Muffly (Michael) and Loren Janovich; her sisters, Agnes Semon of Glen Campbell, Marcella Owens (Christopher) of Connecticut and Margaret Rivelli (Dick) of Connecticut; and also, Ann McClusky, Ellen Daugherty and Betty Neal.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in her memory to the Church of the Resurrection in Rossiter.
