He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin R. Clontz Sr. and Sarah Hinderliter Clontz; and his brothers, Jay Clontz, Robert Clontz Sr. and Melvin Clontz Jr..
He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Crowden (Mark), Jodie Damstetter (Tony) and Penny (James); his grandchildren, Rebecca, Nathan, Jesse Crowden, Anthony, Nicole Damstetter, Joshua, Christina and Matthew; his cousins, Ryan, Sarah, Danarae and Desarae Salisbury; and his sister-in-law Betty Jane Clontz of Rossiter. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the Rossiter American Legion.
