He is survived by: his grandchild Funny Grandpa; his sons, Wayne Bottenhorn (Theresa) of California and David Bottenhorn, Jr.; his significant other Dawn Durocher of Michigan; his daughter Kelly Bottenhorn of Johnstown; his grandchildren, David III, Emma, Cody, Riley and Tyler; and also Fiance Jeremy Betz of Johnstown.
