He was predeceased by: his siblings, Nora, Peggy, Betty, Mary, Patricia, John, Deak, Kevin, Michael and Patrick.

He is survived by: his wife Judy (Bazy); his sons, Martin II (Erica) and Michael Stanton (Kelly); his grandchildren, Michael II, Jenna, Patrick and Martin III; his sister Theresa; his brother-in-law Joe Bazy; and his pet K. C.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
