Bolen, Jr. (Anastasia), Rosie Bolen, Bernadet Duffy (Steve), Michael Bolen (Ashley) and Steven Bolen (Kayla); and her adoptive daughter Jessica Luketic (Daniel). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren.
